Trip Report

The Group spent the day at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

During the train journey to Portsmouth, Akela's first aid skills were put to the test sorting out Ben's nosebleed after a minor accident involving 'dangerous' Nick !

The Group visited The Mary Rose, The Dockyard museum, The Victory and the Action Stations activity centre.

They also enjoyed a boat trip around the harbour, seeing the naval vessels docked there.

There were a number of gift shops that provided an opportunity to buy some souvenirs and gifts.

The weather was rather grey but all of those who went thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

A further visit may be planned as they did not have time to see all of the ships, in particular the Warrior
